The paper deals with the use of econometric methods concern in marketing practice, specifically the use of logistic regression in marketing research. It deals with the customer satisfaction measurement in the pharmacies. Aims of this paper is determine whether the demographic characteristics of customers affect their satisfaction with the pharmacy using logistic regression. Gender customer, gender worker, age of customers and their economic status are listed as demographic factors. The article is also based on the analysis identified and quantified the relationship between gender of customer and gender of worker (pharmacist). The paper includes an explanation of logistic regression, a mathematical formulation of the model. It also includes practical applications in marketing and marketing research. The other section of the paper includes an analysis of data using logistic regression. The analysis will determine factors that affect customer satisfaction, and this effect will be quantifi
