Service area rang among the key sectors of most economies. It needs the quality of services to be monitored and evaluated. The aim of this paper is to describe ways of assessing the quality of services in terms of process and product services. Authors will be addressed in terms of the process of questioning - VOC and mystery shopping and their practical application. The evaluation of product quality customer service presents the customer window. Quality evaluation of services process and product are very important for the competitiveness of the company and its growth potential.
