Evaluation of Corporate Social Performance based on AHP/ANP Approach
Original language description
Nowadays, an exact measurement of corporate social responsibility is a very questionable and difficult task, however, it is considered to be crucial for managerial decision making and a following company development, as well. Another possibility to assess CSR performance of a selected sample of organizations is connected with a usage of multiple-attribute decision- making methods (MADM methods) together with a content analysis of existing CSR reports, internet presentations and CSR publications monitoring CSR approaches of chosen organizations. The main goal of this paper is connected with the application of the Analytic Hierarchy Process method (AHP) and Analytic Network Process (ANP) in a complex CSR assessment of selected banking organizations operating in the Czech Republic.
