    Early stages of cell pathogenesis and alignment of microtubules (MTs) in epidermal cells of Lactuca spp. susceptible genotypes and those with different mechanisms of resistance were investigated 24 and 48 h after inoculation by B. lactucae. Visualizationof MTs was based on immunofluorescence detection of a-tubulin.
