Original language description
The early stages of cell pathogenesis and alignment of microtubules in epidermal cells of Lactuca L. spp. after infection by Bremia lactucae were investigated. Microtubular cytoskeleton was visualized by immunodetection of ?-tubulin and modifications compared 24 and 48 hai in cells of susceptible genotypes and those with different mechanisms of resistance.
