Original language description
The fresh fruit of Lonicera caerulea L. (Blueberry Honeysuckle; Caprifolicaea) and its phenolic fraction were analyzed for micro- and nutrients. The freeze-dried fruit including seeds and phenolic fraction reduced the biofilm formation as well as adhesion to the artificial surface (Thermanox) in Candida parapsilosis, Staphylococcus epidermidis, Escherichia coli, Enterococcus faecalis and Streptococcus mutans.

Čerstvé ovoce Lonicera caerulea L. a jeho fenolická frakce byly analyzovány na mikro a živné látky. Lyofilizované ovoce obsahující semínka a fenolické frakce redukované na biofilmu a také pomocí adheze na umělém povrchu (Thermanox) v Candida parapsilosis, Staphylococcus epidermidis, Escherichia coli, Enterococcus faecalis a Streptococcus mutans.
