The Changes in the Attitudes towards Poetry in the Class (14-15 Years Old) Thanks to Experimental Teaching Methods
Original language description
The study presents the results of longitudinal research in which we monitored eight classes where the poetry was taught in a more entertaining and open way. We focus on the detailed results of one class with 14-15 years old students. The results were compared with a control class. A significant positive shift was recorded mainly in the results of students who showed more negative relationship to the poetry and its teaching at the beginning. On the contrary, we can see some decline in the students with initially positive attitudes. There were no significant changes in the attitudes towards poetry in the control class.
