Original language description
The present study deals with systems of teacher education in several European countries – specifically the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Germany, France and Finland. We aim to resolve the question of teacher preparation in selected European countries; to describe the individual countries we make use of both primary and secondary sources. The data presented will be used for further research in the given area. For now it forms the basic framework of a comparative analysis of teacher support system.
