The common school attendance of pupils with special needs is conceived as an important prevention factor of social exclusion. The aim of this study was to describe current legislative situation in education and also to describe theoretical background under which physical education and health life style are being taught in schools for the deaf and in regular schools where are integrated pupils a with hearing loss.
