Customer satisfaction is one of the key issues for organizations in today's competitive market and is shaped by many factors. This paper shows results of conducted survey that was aimed at identification of the main factors influencing the customer satisfaction on the travel agencies market. Consequently it can reveal relations among individual factors and help to better understand customer behaviour.
