Original language description
This paper describes how the systems for support customer relationship management can store data about customers. There is introduced also an issues of CRM and CRM systems. Paper proposes a logical database model, in which is captured a structure of dataabout customers. The proposed model makes easy to add attributes and creating customer groups. The article also shows how to implement such applications.
