Consumer behaviour of customers on the food market in Czech Republic
Original language description
This article deals with consumer behavior in the market of food products. Monitors and explains consumer behavior in the process of shopping food products, choice of location and factors affecting this process. These basic findings are supplemented by additional informations, which are related to the purchase of food itself. Marketing research is conducted to achieve these targets and it is realized by using a questionnary system ReLa. The results are statistically evaluated then. Data were collected within the whole Czech Republic with an output sample of 2355 respondents. Czech consumers are usually buying groceries in supermarkets and they depend on whether the goods are fresh and of high quality.
