Original language description
The method of producing the beer or beer-based beverage consists in adding to the basic components of the beer or beer-based beverage, as a source of lignans, a purified alcoholic extract from Norway spruce knots or a purified aqueous extract from Norway spruce knots or wood chips from Norway spruce knots. The production method consists of adding an aqueous or alcoholic extract of Norway spruce at any stage of production, but preferably in the first stages of the hop plant, for the least effect on the aroma of the drink, and by adding wood spruce chips at any stage of production, but preferably in the last stages of the hop plant, for a high effect on the aroma of the drink.
