The consumption of milk and milk products in Czech republic is very low. The milk equivalent is only 207 kg. The consumption cheese and yoghurts increase in last year. This work occupies with possibility increase the consumption of yoghurt. Experts, using the method of sensorial profile, evaluated the quality of set yoghurts and stirred yoghurts. The best result was founded by set yoghurt with higher contents milk fat.
