The Comparison and Analysis of Selected CRM Software Solutions
Original language description
This study deals with mapping the market with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software solutions which are offered to the business companies in the Czech Republic. From the previous researches by Němeček we know the most used CRM IT software solutions in the selected Czech business companies and their providers. From the questionnaire survey carried out in the previous researches we know the main manager's expectations from CRM software. In this study are described these main manager's expectations before implementing CRM in their business companies and the real state (situations) after implementing CRM software in their business companies. The main aims of this study are: comparing the most using CRM software solutions, finding and analyzing common comparable parameters, describing the main manager's expectations and finding and describing main advantages and disadvantages of these CRM IT software solutions. Some of obtained results are also presented in the table and described
