Original language description
This article deals with the linearized flow of an incompressible viscous fluid around a body that is rotating and translating. A Green's formula is deduced in terms of special functions (Kummer hypergeometric functions, to be precise). Detailed estimatesof the integral terms in the Green's formula are provided.
