A Mobile Robot For Outdoor Environment
Original language description
This paper presents a complete mobile robot platform for outdoor use, including description of mechanical setup and electronic and software subsystems. The robot was developed with a suspended car-like chassis with four independently steerable wheels. The paper describes both robot hardware, i.e. chassis, drive and electronics and software i.e. firmware, proposed navigation algorithms and diagnostic software.
