    This paper presents usage of novel automatic model fitting or calibration flow implementing differential evolution (DE) presented in [1] enhanced by Nelder?Mead Simplex algorithm (NMSA) for fully automatic electro-static discharge (ESD) medium-voltage-triggered silicon-controlled rectifier (MVTSCR) model calibration. Presented simulator-independent method based on curve-fitting approach incorporates additional features such as check preventing possible ?deadlock? of the algorithm, user-definable weighting function for increasing significance of specific operation regions of the calibrated models. Results of I-V characteristic fitting of the technology-optimized macro-model of MVTSCR to the piece-wise linear template snapback I-V characteristic are presented.
