    Simple DC electrical model of Asymmetric Waffle MOS

  • Original language description

    The main goal of this work is to describe simple DC electrical model of Asymmetric Waffle MOS. As will be described in this work the main physical geometry dependent parameter which have influence on current flowing through the Asymmetric of Waffle MOS is width to length (W/L) ratio of the channel. Due to this reason the (W/L) channel ratio of the Asymmetric Waffle MOS structure will be describe in more detail and simple model for it calculation will be proposed. For (W/L) channel ratio calculation in regions with non-homogenous current distribution the conformal Schwarz-Christoffel (SC) Transformation will be used.
