The aim of the software is estimation of the global load factor considering present suites of European standards Eurocodes. The global load factor E is defined as the ratio Ed / Ek, where Ed denotes the design load effect given in EN 1990 by expression (6.10), (6.10a), (6.10b) and (6.10a modified), Ek is the characteristic load effect considered here as Ek= Gk + Qk + Wk, where Gk is a permanent load, Qk and Wk are variable loads. The software compare proposed combination rule based on the single expression (6.10) and modified partial factors for variable actions (dependent on the load ratio) provides similar reliability level as the combination B based on twin expressions (6.10a) and (6.10b) and constant partial factors for variable actions.
