Vliv monoacylglycerolu adamantan karboxylové kyseliny na růst vybraných druhů grampozitivních a gramnegativních bakterií

  • Original language description

The antibacterial activity of monoacylglycerol of adamantane carboxylic acid against Gram-positive (Bacillus cereus, Bacillus subtilis, Enterococcus faecalis, Micrococcus luteus, Staphylococcus aureus) and Gram-negative (Escherichia coli, Citrobacter freundii, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Salmonella enterica, Serratia marcescens) bacteria was investigated. Results showed that MAG of adamantane carboxylic acid at concetration of 1000 ?g/ml was able to stop completely the growth of all bacteria tested. Lower concetrations of MAG were more efficient against Gram-positive species.
