The paper deal with areas, in which job satisfaction of highly educated employees can be improved. Since satisfaction is influenced mainly by line managers, these measures focus primarily on adaptation of new employees, education and development of employees, their career management, work performance assessment, compensation, work relations, and working conditions. Satisfying the needs of highly educated workers is a prerequisite for their good performance, which in turn ensures higher effectiveness ofthe organization.
