The main aim of this paper is to explore the effectiveness is to examine the effectiveness of internal communication in multinational corporations, with emphasis on electronic communication. Communication is a basic structural unit of all human relationships and also applies in the case of companies. Many studies are devoted to external communications. However, internal communication is essential important for the functioning. If in this case we are talking about multinational corporation the importanceof a smooth and effective communication within the company is still growing. These large corporations have a very complex structure and often also need to communicate with its subsidiaries. Therefore, in their internal communications lies great potential to improve their performance. This paper reflects the need to explore and describe in brief and permanent need to improve internal communication which represents a very important management tool.
