The Relationship Between Job Satisfaction, Employee Turnover Intention, and Innovative Behaviour
Original language description
Job satisfaction represents a key determinant of organisational performance, influencing not only employees’ motivation and retention but also their innovative behaviour. This study aimed to explore the relationships between three core constructs: job satisfaction, turnover intention, and innovative behaviour. Data were collected through a structured employee survey, complemented by qualitative interviews, and analysed using Spearman’s correlation coefficient. The results confirmed a positive correlation between job satisfaction and innovative behaviour, a negative correlation between job satisfaction and turnover intention, and a negative correlation between turnover intention and innovative behaviour. These findings highlight the strategic role of job satisfaction in reducing turnover risk while simultaneously fostering innovative behaviour, offering valuable insights for human resource management practices in dynamic organisational contexts.
