This paper is focused on the utilization of current state of the art of assistive technologies in human-machine interface for extreme robotics and assistive robotics for disabled people. This work presents sensory systems for assistive technologies developed specifically for the alternative navigation of systems for mobile robots operating in dangerous or disaster area as well as for welfare use for disabled people on the wheelchair. The presented devices are as follows: Head Joystick and Automatic Parking Equipment.
