Technological process of brewing beer requires ensuring the required temperatures at various stages of the biotechnological process. The aim of thesis is to fully automate the technological process of beer production using PLC. Part of this work includethe development of visualization software. Will be required to create software for experiment with subsequent evaluation of data using modern mathematical methods to obtain the optimized process of beer production.
