Centre for Transfer of Biomedical Technologies - developing expertise

Anotace anglicky

Developing the system and deeper professionalisation of the knowledge transfer system in the serviced institutions, in accordance with valid legislation, with internal rules for the professional transfer of the maximum possible amount for the practical life of directly applicable scientific knowledge. Partial targets are: 1) Improving the quality of CTBT processes and services for project target groups through: building professional competencies of the CTBT team, including technology scouts and b. Systematic measures and support systems to optimize and quickly work with the target groups involved in the transfer of knowledge. 2) Improving the quality of collaboration with promising academics and researchers through: a. building a better understanding of the function and paths of knowledge transfer as a complementary component to the traditional world of publication of literature and conferences, b. provision of on-going specialized support for solved and prepared scientific projects; and b c. Direction of part of R & D activities to application research, development and commercialization or other transfer of knowledge with significant socio-economic impact, both through the transmission of current information from practice - demand, supply, development of the legislative and technical environment. 3) Improving the quality of cooperation with industrial partners through: a. Active search and contacting relevant businesses for collaboration, addressing companies with existing research results as a means of "opening doors" to further discussions and directions of cooperation, b. personal meetings with executive strategic and developmental components of companies on the topic of their needs, our offer and strategic perspectives of both institutions for cooperation.

Zhodnocení výsledků projektu

Cíl projektu spočíval v rozvinutí dříve nastaveného systému transferu znalostí a aplikovatelných vědeckých poznatků z prostředí základního výzkumu do klinické praxe nebo komerčního prostředí. Tým Centra transferu biomedicínských technologií včetně technologických skautů, získal a rozvíjel své odbornosti a šířil osvětu v oblasti transferu technologií a vědy a výzkumu dle požadavků jeho instituce a pracovišť. Realizace projektu pomohla ke zlepšení kvality procesů a služeb centra pro nadějné akademiky či výzkumníky prostřednictvím vybudování profesionálních kompetencí celého týmu a systematických opatření a podpůrných systémů. Zvýšila se kvalita spolupráce, zrychlil se systém práce s projekty aplikačního výzkumu, s jejich výsledky a vznikajícím duševním vlastnictvím. Projekt také pomohl ke zvýšení povědomí aplikační sféry o vědecké činnosti všech zapojených institucí a na druhé straně přispěl ke snadnějšímu porozumění jejích požadavkům a potřebám.
