Anotace anglicky

The presented project addresses the issue of sustainable food production systems, taking into account the societal demand, addressing the challenges of the impacts of global climate change, reducing the environmental footprint while ensuring the nutritional needs of the population and its health impacts. The project will include activities related to experimental development and industrial research. The output of the project will be 2 functional samples of the intermediate product for implementation in Mana TM products with unique parameters and influenced properties, produced in-house, in a durable form in food quality. The intermediate will contain significant amounts of nutrients, including organic forms of minerals and vitamins. They will be applicable to food, ie they will meet all legislative conditions of the Czech Republic and the EU. They will have a suitable physical form and structure. Formulation suitable for complementing and developing ManaTM products. 2 Prototypes and methodologies of in-house technology for the production of excellent nutrients will also be the output, within which the management of Heaven Labs s.r.o. to develop equipment that will be suitable for the repeatable, modifiable production of excellent nutrients in an in-house environment, both hydroponic and aeroponic production. Thus, technologies ensuring the absence of undesirable production characteristics arising in conventional production methods, such as contamination by chemical plant protection products, mold toxins, GMOs, etc. The developed production methodology will allow to respond quickly to the needs of modifications of ManaTM products in the future.
