Social-Cultural Determinants of Circulation of Representations: The Impact on Human Mind and Strategies of Remediation

Anotace anglicky

During implementation of planned research projects there will be conducted studies on the impact of representations on individuals and the psychological vulnerabilities underlying this impact, the societal impact of the circulation of representations, including current problem areas and the outputs will be applied in the development and testing of remediation programmes to be implemented during the project. Results will be published in at least 152 journal articles, books or chapters and presented at professional events. An excellent research team will be established and developed, contributing to the development of staff capacity and the creation of an ecosystem of interconnected interdisciplinary teams. The teams will include 28 junior researchers and 38 senior researchers and members of the expert team to support the development of professional competences on a long-term basis. There will be established new international collaborations. It is envisaged that cooperation with foreign institutions will be established and developed, supported by memoranda or similar agreements. As part of internationalisation, there are planned about sixty international trips by team members to international professional events and at least nine international research grant applications. By the supported entities there will be produced around seventy publications with foreign co-authors, with at least one foreign collaborator. During the project, instrumentation and infrastructure necessary for the implementation of the research projects will be acquired, in particular the HW and SW equipment needed for the planned data collection and experiments and the equipment of the virtual reality laboratory and the audiovisual room. The project will support over a dozen outbound mobilities leading to the internationalisation of the research team.
