Anotace anglicky

The company currently has the basic ERP which does not include all the necessary accessories (SW solutions) that will ensure the complete digitization of the company. The main goal is to increase the competitiveness of YALE CZ on the market in CZ. The main goal will be achieved through the introduction of innovations in the field of automation and digitization of processes within the company. The partial goals are the use of digitization and automation in the field of sales and service of forklifts, in the economic, warehousing, business and service department in the way of introducing new SW solutions into practice. The project is fully in line with the Innovation Strategy of the Czech Republic 2019 - 2030, focuses on digitization, supports the automation of procedures in the company YALE CZ and promotes organizational innovation. It fulfils the measures listed in the pillars ""Digital state, production and services"". It supports applicants as SMEs in accordance with the defined standards of Industry 4.0 and key trends of promising industries. The project causes a range of activities related to building an innovation infrastructure with an emphasis on digital services - the project is focused on digitization and automation of YALE CZ. The project is aimed at streamlining internal business processes and helps strategic management, is linked to the specific objectives of the RIS3 strategy of the Czech Republic: - implementation of new SW modules will ensure higher use of ICT in business; - the development of new SW solutions causes a cooperation between the development SW company and YALE CZ and joints development of new ICT services for business; - ensure improved access for SMEs to shared service centres (sharing of the ordering system with the spare parts supplier); - will improve SMEs' access to data centres and their services, especially the development of cloud services, part of the project is the transition from physical servers to cloud solutions.

Zhodnocení výsledků projektu

Cíl projektu, tj. zvýšení konkurenceschopnosti společnosti YALE CZ s.r.o. na trhu v ČR, byl dosažen prostřednictvím zavedení organizačních inovací v oblasti automatizace a digitalizace procesů prodeje a servisu manipulační techniky, a to formou zavedení nových SW řešení do praxe.
