Design of a Computer Module for Information Analysis of Time Series of Autonomous Protein System Responses (MIAPS)

Anotace anglicky

Biological system:"tissue, celular culture, bacterial suspension etc." will be subjected to the initial biological signal: "cancerogenes, ionizing or UV radiotion, xenobiotics,medicaments, stress signals,regulators of cellular cycle etc.". The response are relative changes (amount of particular protein in the units of computer density) on protein maps (two-dimensional gel electrophoretograms) measured in different time intervals after the beginning of the biological signal. It will be possible with thehelp of MDTSA to study and quantitatively estimate the intimate mechanism of biol. actions and processes taking place in the biol. system being studied: "CKD-inhibitors influence on protein spectrum in tumour cells". For the purposes of the above mentioned information analysis it will be necessary to determine and to implement (programme and to make accessible for users some special mathematical statistical algorithmus.
