Anotace anglicky

The aim is to obtain an overview of the implementation of innovative steps in the adjustment of tariff structures abroad, which were implemented from 2019 to the present, or which are currently being prepared and are at an advanced stage (eg consultation processes), focusing on new trends and technologies in connection with the latest definitions and objectives of European legislation (Directive 2019/944, Regulation 2019/943; forthcoming Code of Flexibility, proposal of the European Commission Fit for 55, etc.). The identified innovative steps of tariff structures abroad do not necessarily have to be completed / finally applied, in which case it is crucial to map the current phase of planned changes, or the reasons why the innovative steps were not applied, with an analysis of applicable information for the situation in the Czech Republic. With regard to the above-cited legislation, we request an analysis of experience in at least all countries of the European Union and the United Kingdom, however, if the researchers know about the relevant information, it is possible to include experience from other countries. The overview of implemented innovation steps in the adjustment of tariff structures will focus mainly on the analysis of the use of experience with possible approaches to newly defined electricity market participants (eg prosumers, aggregators, energy communities, etc.), to electricity market participants who can meet the objectives in a specific way. European legislation in the use of modern elements for effective management of the distribution system (accumulation, electromobility, public lighting, production, customers with production, customers with AMM and a specific consumption profile, etc.) and the introduction of dynamic tariffs within distribution tariffs.
