Anotace anglicky

The goal of the project is to obtain a detailed overview of the topic of providing distribution flexibility so that it is possible to evaluate the possibilities in the given area as part of the innovation of the tariff structure with regard to individual segments or groups of market participants connected at the low voltage level. Distribution flexibility refers to measures in the management of electricity flows in the distribution system, which will enable a higher degree of integration of electricity production plants, especially renewable energy sources, and new appliances such as heat pumps and electric vehicles without expanding and strengthening the systems. This flexibility is intended to prevent local overloading of the system and serves only for the needs of the system operator. Today's "HDO" can be described simply as this form of flexibility, however, it does not allow for dynamic control changes and is set flat, regardless of whether there is a risk of system overload in any area or not. At the same time, it is set with the same conditions for all that have the same distribution rate. The new setting should work for everyone, regardless of the technologies used. Business flexibility, such as responding to market signals, excess electricity in the electricity market, settlement of the deviation of the settlement entity, etc. is not the subject of this project. The subject and main goal is the mapping and comprehensive processing of the area of distribution flexibility, especially in the following points: 1) Overview of approaches to distribution flexibility in EU countries and implemented mechanisms within tariff structures. 2) Case studies and a methodological overview of the evaluation of the optimization of the total costs of system operation in the process of planning the development of systems using distribution flexibility. 3) Proposal of an approach to setting distribution flexibility while respecting technical and legislative limits and maintainin
