Evaluation of the piloting of the middle tier of management support in education.

Research should provide the basis for a knowledge-based policy. In this case, we need quality information on the basis of which the middle article of the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports will be implemented throughout the Czech Republic in such a way that it meets the objectives defined in the Strategy 2030+ as effectively as possible. Research goals: The main goal is to evaluate the usefulness of the pilot verification of the middle link model in the districts of Svitavy and Semily for the principals of the local kindergartens and primary schools. It is important to evaluate the usefulness and suitability of the chosen middle article model (activities and institutional setting of the middle article) in relation to the identified needs of school principals (ie the extent to which individual piloted middle articles saturate these needs in schools and whether they are institutionally set for their saturation). The second goal is also to evaluate the benefits of the pilot verification of the middle link model in the districts of Svitavy and Semily, especially the contribution to the provision and coordination of methodological support for the founders of public kindergartens and primary schools. The third goal is to compare the usefulness and suitability of other existing middle-class models in the Czech Republic in relation to the identified needs of school principals and formulate recommendations for setting the activities of the middle article in the current legal framework and beneficial activities for directors in all districts of the Czech Republic and was set up to provide such activities. Part of the fulfillment of this goal should also be the identification of duplicate activities of various intermediate articles (or the identification of necessary but not provided activities) and recommendations for dealing with these findings.
