Anotace anglicky

The project develops systematic support to improve: - processes for the transfer of R&D results into practical and commercial use by optimizing the management of Proof of Concept (hereinafter PoC) projects, - cooperation between researchers and the Centre for Transfer of Biomedical Technologies (hereinafter CTBT) during the implementation of PoC projects. We will improve the orientation and pace of “prototyping” and testing by thoroughly targeting the desired parameters of the target technologies, respect. functional samples, we shall reduce the number of iterations and drop unproductive project goals. We will achieve this improvement by implementing two-round project evaluation before the actual realization: the first round, including an assessment of the quality and benefit of the project, will generate a set of conditions and requirements of the Commercialization Board (hereinafter CB) for the finalization of the project proposal. Together with the finalization of the proposal, we will also run a tender process for external services and supplies for the implementation of the PoC. This approximately three-month phase will not be financed from the SIGMA budget. After that, the CB will decide whether the realization of the project will start or be postponed/stopped. A sound project management of the PoC project will lead to enough interesting output to be offered to the application sector. Other PoC project implementation processes have proven their good functionality. Complete management, control and professional leadership of sub-projects is carried out by CTBT. The decision-making authority is entrusted to the CB composed of prominent personalities from the fields of medicine, pharmaceuticals, companies, banks, risk capital investors and incubation. The conception of knowledge transfer is described in the Conception of the Use of the Results of Research and Development at UHHK. Dealing with R&D results are supported by the annexes of this application.
