Summary research report Description of the result and its required functionalities / characteristics In the first phase of the creation of this document, an analysis of the issue of critical infrastructure protection standards in selected EU countries, in which the issue of protection standards has already been implemented. At the same time, existing standards or requirements for protection in the Czech Republic that can be used for CI elements will be analyzed. Within the analytical part, it is necessary to assess the possibilities of applying protection standards cross-sectionally or sectorally - ie to assess whether some protection issues can be addressed cross-sectionally for all CI sectors or whether it is necessary to set standards for individual CI sectors or sub-sectors. The next step would be to develop a concrete proposal for the form of protection standards, which would focus on all types of protection (physical security, personnel security, security of electricity, heat or fuel supply, etc.) and would represent the "minimum" that the CI element must meet. . In the case of cross-cutting standards, their application is necessary for all industries. In the case of industry standards, standards need to be proposed for at least 3 selected CI sectors (excluding cyber security). The summary research report will also contain a proposal, resp. proposals for the possible implementation of the created protection standards, in the form of legislative or non-legislative documents in the conditions of the Czech Republic.
