The lecture provides an overview of the methods and principles of vitrification in plant cryopreservation. Using thermal analysis parameters, it explains the processes in plants during their hardening, dehydration and cryopreservation using vitrification methods and defines the critical steps of cryopreservation that need to be controlled.
