The presented work is based on a comprehensive analysis with a focus on the determination of critical control points of management, prophylaxis and biosecurity of dairy cattle breeding, which have an impact on health status, production and reproductive indicators including interactions between them as an important part of preventive measures aimed at reducing the consumption of antimicrobials and limiting the emergence of antimicrobial resistance. We resulted from the scientific literature (PubMed, Web of Science), the results of scientific research projects of the authors and their practical experience from farm audits. The created system consists of several interconnected database modules, which are analysed and comprehensively evaluated after entering the input data.
