Summary report on the uncertainty budget of the digital bridges for the capacitance range from 10 pF to 10 nF at frequencies up to 100 kHz developed and characterised with a target uncertainty: 10-5 at 100 kHz and 5∙10-8 at 1 kHz and 2∙10-7 at 1541 Hz. The report is deliverable D3 of the project and summarises outputs of activities A2.1.1 and A2.1.2 performed within Task 2.1, Digital bridges. This task aimed to extend the frequency range of digital bridges up to 100 kHz whilst maintaining their uncertainties at the level necessary for primary metrology (10-5 to below 10-7, depending on the applied equipment and frequency). Several systematic errors follow the square of the frequency. The hardware at most primary laboratories, which were focused mainly on maintaining traceability up to a few kHz or 20 kHz at most, was limited for application in the audio frequency range. Another approach was developing fully digital bridges for tracing capacitance unit from resistors with calculable frequency dependence, later replaced by QHR within WP3. Such development has to be followed with validation and evaluation of uncertainty budgets. This report describes the uncertainty budgets of bridges involved within Task 2.1
