Evaluation of quantitative and qualitative aspects of family communications and interpersonal relations
Popis výsledku v původním jazyce
This study examined basic quantitative and qualitative aspects of family communication and interpersonal relations using a short questionnaire containing 8 items with a 5-point scale. The items were finding current and optimal frequency of both interpersonal contact and communication, closeness of relationships, quality of communication, satisfaction with the communication, and additional question on mutual similarity of personality profiles was also included. The questions on communication were derivedfrom a questionnaire commonly encountered in team Sociomapping (Bahbouh, 2012). The questionnaire was administered in 33 Czech and Slovak families comprising a total of 123 respondents. High inter-correlations by the appointed variables with average value 0.408 (p<0.05) were found. Likewise, the average symmetry in evaluation provided and obtained also reached 0.408 (p<0.05). Paired t-test of children evaluation (N=20) given to mothers and fathers proved significantly higher scores (p<0
