Inborn anatomical sexual abnormities of the newborns present a difficukt medical, social and psychological problem. Physicians very often deal with intersexual individuals on the basis of behavioristic learning theory of gender, vias surgical adjustmentof the body, predominantly in female way. The theory of inborn core psychosexual identity, which adverts to injurious somatic ans psychological consequences of earlier-mentioned approach to these patiemts, offers different view of the treatment of this condition and specific upbringing of intersexual children.
