Der Beitrag stellt den aktuellen Stand der Vorbereitung der Forschungsarbeiten vor, die im Rahmen des Cooperatio-Programms im Teilbereich Sonderpädagogik an der Pädagogischen Fakultät der Karlsuniversität in Prag (2022-2026) durchgeführt werden. Das Hauptziel dieser Forschungstätigkeit besteht darin, die Möglichkeiten der Intervention und Erziehung für Kinder mit schweren und kombinierten Behinderungen im Früh- und Vorschulalter in einem interdisziplinären Kontext zu ermitteln und dabei das Fachwissen von Ärzten zu nutzen, insbesondere für Kinder mit Epilepsie und Kinder mit zentralen Sehstörungen (CVI). Die angewandte Methodik ist eine qualitative Forschung mit der Technik der fokussierten Beobachtung und halbstrukturierten Interviews, um Fallstudien von Kindern mit schweren und kombinierten Behinderungen im Vorschulalter zu erstellen und zu analysieren.

The paper presents the current status of the preparation of the research carried out within the Cooperatio programme in the subfield of Special Education at the Faculty of Education, Charles University in Prague (2022-2026). The main aim of this research activity is to identify the possibilities of intervention and education for children with severe and combined disabilities in early and preschool age in an interdisciplinary context, using the erudition of physicians, especially for children with epilepsy and children with central visual impairment (CVI). The methodology used is qualitative research using the technique of focused observation and semi-structured interviews to create and analyze case studies of preschool children with severe and combined disabilities.
