L'article décrit les débuts et le développement des relations entre les scientifiques français et tchèques dans le domaine de la phonétique. Il présente tout d'abord les chercheurs qui ont été a l'origine du développement de la phonétique dans l'environnement tchèque et qui sont associés a la création ou a la formation ultérieure de l'Institut de phonétique, qui a été établi a la Faculté des lettres de l'Université Charles. Les linguistes susmentionnés sont Josef Chlumský, Emanuel Šrámek, Bohuslav Hála, Karel Ohnesborg, Georges (Jiří) Straka et Marie Bořek-Dohalská. En outre, l'article décrit les projets, les plateformes, les conférences et les séminaires (tels que le 6e congrès des sciences phonétiques ou le symposium sur l'intonologie) auxquels les phonéticiens tchèques et français se sont réunis, ont participé et grâce auxquels ils ont renforcé leurs relations de travail, qui se sont transformées au fil du temps en relations personnelles et amicales.

The paper describes the beginnings and development of relations between French and Czech scientists in the field of phonetics. First, it presents scholars who were at the beginning of the development of phonetics in the Czech environment, and are associated with the creation or subsequent forming of the Institute of Phonetics, which was established at the Faculty of Arts of Charles University. The above-mentioned linguists are namely Josef Chlumský, Emanuel Šrámek, Bohuslav Hála, Karel Ohnesborg, Georges (Jiří) Straka, and Marie Bořek-Dohalská. Furthermore, the article outlines the projects, platforms, conferences, and seminars (such as the highly successful 6th Congress of Phonetic Sciences or the Symposium on Intonology) at which Czech and French phoneticians got together, participated, and thanks to which they strengthened their working relationships, which were over time in many cases transformed into personal and friendly relationships as well.
