he aim of this study is to analyse the sports services provided by the Snowlines ski and snowboard school during the 2023/2024 winter season, focusing on the perception of service quality, customer satisfaction, and their loyalty. Additionally, the influence of the image of the Sölden ski resort on clients' relationship with the Snowlines school is examined.
