Název v původním jazyce
Taiwan funü in the Early Post-war Period (1945-1949) Literary Field
Popis výsledku v původním jazyce
The academic scholarship dealing with the early post-war period in Taiwanese literature often focuses on dominant agents (either authors or periodicals), which are often perceived through the dichotomy of: Chinese vs. Taiwanese agents, or by leftist andrightist inclination of these agents. Such division is typical for late 1980?s Taiwanese discourse on Taiwanese literature and sees early post-war period through prism of national building process and political fight for Taiwan?s independence, or at least certain cultural/political autonomy from Chinese tradition. The article does not compete with such interpretation, but rather draw attention to less studied materials of that period, which may show more diverse picture of the early post-war period literature. The supplement Taiwan funü (of the official newspaper Taiwan Xinsheng bao), published by Taiwan Provincial Women?s Working Committee , may serve as an example.
