Der Artikel befasst sich mit der Analyse der Orthographie der zweiten Ausgabe des Traumbuches (Snář), der von V. Hájek z Libočan in der Druckerei von Jiří Dačický herausgegeben wurde. Hájeks Edition ist eine überarbeitete Version des altböhmischen Traubuches, die durch Vavřinec aus Březová verfasst wurde. Da die erste Ausgabe (vermutlich ab 1550) nur in Form eines Fragments (Folder B) erhalten ist, stell Dačickýs Druck die älteste vollständige Version von Hájeks Snář dar. Der Artikel konzentriert sich auf folgende Bereiche: 1. Repertoire von Graphen und deren Distribution, einschließlich Interpunktion, 2. verwendete Typ der Druckschrift. Aus der Analyse ergibt sich, dass die Orthographie des Druckes in den Hauptmerkmalen dem Rechtschreibsystem der frühen Neuzeit entspricht (traditionell wird dieses System mit dem Begriff „Brüderorthographie“ (bratrský pravopis) bezeichnet, in jüngster Zeit wird daneben die genauere Bezeichnung „Druckorthographie“ (tiskařský pravopis) verwendet).

This article deals with the orthography of second edition of Middle-Czech Dream book by Václav Hájek z Libočan, printed in year 1581 in Prague in the printing office of Jiří Dačický. Hajek's edition is a reworked version of the Old Czech Dream-book that was written (translated) by Vavřinec z Březové at the turn of 15th Century. Since first printed edition has survived only as a fragment (the gathering / section B), the analyzed issue produced by Dačický is the oldest complete version of Hájek's Dream-book. The article is focused on two areas: 1. the repertory of graphemes (graphs) and their distribution, including punctuation, 2. used typefaces (characters of printing). The analysis shows that the orthographic and typographic features of this print are in most cases in accordance with the main developmental trends of the Czech Orthography of printed books from second half of 16th Century (this orthographic system is traditionally referred to as “Brethren orthography“ and recently as “printers orthography”).
