The regulation on European Enforcement Order for uncontested claims abandoned the interlocutory proceedings which preced the enforcement of foreign judicial decisions. The right of fair trial and the right of defence arising therefrom should be guaranteed by so-called minimal standards which regulate the service of judicial documents. The article deals with the questions, whether these standards protect these rights of debtorenough.
