This article focuses status of Theory of Law in the system of jurisprudence. Theory of law can be seen as the most common legal-science discipline that deals with what is beyond the scope of the law of partial. Radical opponent by pointing to a higher level of efficiency and rationality of science to law against the existence of legal theory argue that the number of tasks and technical problems would have a particular "component" of legal disciplines to solve their own. With this conclusion, however, the author disagrees.
