L oeuvre de Jean Cocteau contient trois ouvrages fondamentaux du point de vue de la poétique personnelle de l écrivain. Il s agit de la piece Orphée de 1926, du film Orphée de 1949 et du film Le Testament d Orphée de 1960. Ces trois ouvrages sont liés acertains autres petits ouvrages du meme auteur qui transforment l archétype du mythe dans le sens de Carl Gustav Jung (Archétypes et l inconscient). De surcroit, il est connu que le reve inspirait notre poete en ce qui concerne la forme de ses ouvrages dramatiques et cinématographiques et poétiques en général. Il faut également savoir qu il convient d étudier, par rapport a notre auteur, les reveries, les hallucinations, les fantaisies poétiques qui forment une partie importante de ses processus créateurs.

The work of Jean Cocteau contains three fundamental works from the standpoint of his personal poetics: Orpheus is the play from 1926, then its movie adaptation Orphée (1949) and the film Testament of Orpheus from 1960. These three outputs are linked withother small works of the same author and transform the archetypal myth according to Carl Gustav Jung (the archetypes and the unconscious). The dream also inspired the shape of poet´s creations: dramatic, cinematic and poetic works as well. Regarding Cocteau it is appropriate to consider his imagination, dreaming, hallucinations and poetic fantasies which form an important part of his creative processes.
