Zum Mainstream der tschechischen politischen Philosophie gehören zwei mit Vaclav Havel (1936-2011) verbundene Vorstellungen von Politik, die den politisch Denkenden aufhorchen lassen: die nichtpolitische und die antipoli-tische Politik. Der Dramatiker und spätere Präsident der Tschechischen Republik sprach selbst jedoch nicht von nichtpolitischer Politik, sondern verwendete vielmehr noch merkwürdigere Formulierungen wie Krypto- oder Halbpolitik. Es waren Havels Interpreten, die seinen "Versuch, in der Wahrheit zu leben", als nichtpolitische Politik bezeichneten und sich dabei auf die in der ersten Hälfte des 20. Jahrhunderts im tschechischen Kontext populäre Vorstellung von der nichtpolitischen Politik stützten. Es würde jedoch zu kurz greifen, HavelsVerständnis von Politik auf die nicht- und die antipolitische Politik zu begrenzen. Für ihn existierten ebenso eine herkömmliche und eine technische Politik. The ideas of nonpolitical and antipolitical politics are widely connected with the political thinling of Václav Havel. Czech writer and former Czechoslovak and Czech president Havel but never spoke about non-political politics and the term antipoliticalpolitics he only used twice. Both concepts are often wrongly used synonymic. Dirk Mathias Dalberg therefore clearly distinguishes between these two concepts. For him non-political politics is a strategy how to survive under the Czechoslovak communist rule in the 1970s and 1980s. Antipolitical politics on the other hand is a normative idea of politics. It answers the question how politics should be resp. how they shouldn?t be. It would be misleading to restrict Havel?s concept of politics only to these two forms. He also spoke about normal and technical politics. The author in his study also integrates Havel?s ideas in the broader context of the Czech political thinking of the 19th and 20th century.
